How long does it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 2-3 weeks after payment has cleared for personalized orders to be shipped. For bulk or larger orders, please inquire about processing times to get a better estimate. Items that are in stock and ready to go will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship USPS for both Domestic and International orders.

International shipping is usually sent out on weekends unless otherwise stated or requested. Please contact us if you need something rushed to make arrangements. In an effort to keep our shipping pricing as low as possible, our pricing only includes a tracking number to check the status of the package, it does not necessarily confirm delivery as stated by USPS. If you'd like to purchase additional services such as Delivery and/or Signature Confirmation please contact us prior to purchase. Once the package is out of our hands, we are not responsible for loss. The Signature Confirmation service is available upon request with your order for added protection. Please contact us prior to placing your order so your shipping can be adjusted. Please note that while Signature Confirmation serves as added protection, it is a precautionary action and we do not assume responsibility for the USPS or any loss of packages once they leave our hands.

Do you accept international orders?

We certainly do! We're very happy to be able to offer international shipping through the United States Postal Service to offer the lowest rates possible for international shipping. Please note that Honizukle Press is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are not required to charge sales tax outside of the state of New Jersey. For all purchases made in the state of New Jersey a 7% sales tax may apply.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Orders on our site are processed via Stripe so we accept most major credit cards. Because most of our products are made to order, we will not start working on an order until payment has cleared. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if payment has not cleared within 7 days.

Is my transaction secure?

Stripe, our payment processor, has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services (API, website, etc.).

It's safe to say, your information is quite safe with them.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer full refunds on items that are NOT of a personalized nature and return to us in good condition. Please send your item back and we will issue a full refund less return shipping. If the item is damaged, we will issue a 50% refund to cover loss. Personalized items are made to order and because of their customized nature all personalized sales are final.

Deposits for custom work are non-refundable and are used as a kill fee in the event of project termination.

Are you environmentally friendly?

We are indeed! Everything in our shop is made completely by hand and on an antique press that does not require any kind of power to keep it running, just lots of love and attention.

In addition, the paper we print on is made of 100% cotton and is tree-free! All of our paper scraps are either recycled or reused for test runs, other projects or even packaging.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time we do not but we're working on it.

General Information


We are making your piece with lots of care and attention, because of this it takes some time to process an order. As most of our items are made to order and are usually personalized in some way, our normal processing time is 2-3 weeks and up to 4 weeks during the holidays. For custom illustrations or special requests we will make sure we give you an estimate of the length of your project.


Promotions are valid only throughout the specified period. Not valid with other promotions that may be going on at the same time. Discounts applied may only be used once per customer per visit. All Gift Certificates in conjunction with any promotion expire within the time frame printed on the certificate and may only be used once per visit per customer.


Most of our items are customized, so please double check spelling and grammar for any errors. We print EXACTLY what you write and cannot take responsibility for any error in spelling or grammar.
